Shipping and Returns

One Moment Lingerie ships from warehouses throughout the country. You can expect any in-stock merchandise order that is paid for by credit card to ship within the guidelines set forth below:  We will ship merchandise within approximately 5-8 business days. Express options are available & will be evaluated upon request. Special merchandise orders will ship within approximately 8-10 business days, based on availability.

Packages should arrive to you within 2-3 business days after it ships, depending on your location.  Shipments will arrive through UPS Ground or Federal Express Ground.

Packaging
The return address labels simply states "OML" along with our address.  All orders are shipped discreetly in a plain standard box.   Indiscretion is our Specialty.

Payment Options
We accept Visa and MasterCard. Your credit card will be charged when your order is placed. Our credit card transactions are always secure using the latest encryption technology. For those who are uncomfortable using their credit card via the internet, you may contact us at (800) ???-???? to place your order, or simply fax your order to (562) ???-????. No shipment will be sent until the credit card information is confirmed accurate.

Return Policy:

We are committed to satisfying our customer and if you are not satisfied with your product, you may return any unworn or unused merchandise. We will make every effort to expedite your return request. Please read terms below. We will gladly assist you with an exchange or credit based on the guidelines set below:

All requests for a credit or exchange must be made within 30 days of the receipt of your order. No requests after 30 days from the date of delivery will be accepted. A package is considered delivered once the first attempt is made. For this reason, it is important that you provide accurate delivery information for a location where someone will be available to receive the package.

All labels and/or descriptive tags must remain attached to the garment(s) in order to qualify for a refund or exchange. Any garment that has had the labels and/or descriptive tags removed will not be eligible for a refund or exchange under any circumstances.

Due to health codes and concerns, items including but not limited to Panties, Swimwear, Hosiery and Teddies/Bodysuits are unable to be returned or exchanged once they have been tried on. It is critical that this is understood and that such items are only to be tried on while wearing undergarments. All Hosiery must remain in it's sealed package in order to be eligible for return or exchange. Any such item(s) that are sent for return/exchange that show any signs of wear will be immediately returned to you at your expense.
Please ensure you review size chart carefully. If you feel a wrong size was purchased, an exchange within 30 days can be given.

There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returned merchandise.

All packages sent to One Moment Lingerie for credit or exchange must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number referenced both inside and outside the package.

Due to the seasonal nature of the items, we are also unable to refund or exchange Holiday Garments and Costumes. Any Costume purchase made during the month of October is considered a seasonal purchase and is not eligible for return or exchange. Any holiday specific items, such as Santa Suits and Holiday Expressions, are not eligible for return or exchange.

Customer is responsible for shipping costs, unless the merchandise was defective or the wrong product was delivered.
